La estrella de Glee compartió una foto en blanco y negro de los dos riéndose juntos, con unmensaje: “El mayor corazón de todos y la sonrisa más hermosa. En todos nuestros corazones. Te amamos tanto. Feliz Cumpleaños”.

Luego de la muerte de su novio, quien falleció en julio del año pasado a los 31 años, la actriz sigue amándolo.

Monteith fue encontrado muerto en un cuarto de hotel de Vancouver, luego de haberse registrado voluntariamente en rehabilitación por abuso de sustancias. En octubre de 2013 un reporte reveló que Monteith falleció de una “mezcla de drogas, incluyendo heroína y alcohol”.
