Jared Leto perdió una demanda que presentó respecto al video que fue filtrado el año pasado en Internet y en el que insulta a Taylor Swift al decir que no le gustaba el álbum “1989”.

En el video dijo también que le importaba un carajo lo que Taylor hiciera. Leto quiso demandar a Naeem Munaf por haber subido el video a Internet, alegando que infringió derechos de autor y que fue un material robado.

La realidad es que el video se grabó con la cámara de Munaf, quien en ese tiempo no era empleado de Jared Leto, así que podía hacer todo lo que quisiera con el video. Después de que éste material saliera a la luz, Jared Leto se disculpó con Taylor Swift y dijo que la cantante es un “increíble ejemplo de lo que se puede lograr”.
