J. Balvin resultó el principal ganador en la competencia musical que organizó el Canal HTV y en la que el público eligió a los galardonados a través de su voto.

El cantante colombiano fue reconocido como mejor artista masculino, mejor artista urbano y mejor video.

Además, Juanes fue reconocido por su trayectoria y el dominicano Juan Luis Guerra recibió el Heat Compromiso, por la labor social que hace por los niños y los ancianos, a través de su fundación “4.40”.
