Tiroteo en Las Vegas deja al menos 50 muertos y 200 heridos
Este domingo por la noche durante un festival de música country en un reconocido hotel de Las Vegas, hubo un tiroteo que dejó al menos 50 muertos y más de 200 heridos.
La Policía Metropolitana de Las Vegas ha confirmado que el sospechoso ha sido eliminado durante el operativo, anunció Joseph Lombard, el sheriff de la Policía de la ciudad estadounidense.
“Creemos que se trata de un lobo solitario”, dijo el jefe de la Policía de Nevada. Las autoridades buscan a la ciudadana Marilou Danley, acompañante de Paddock, de rasgos “asiáticos”.
“El incidente tuvo lugar durante el festival de música country Route 91, celebrado cerca del hotel Mandalay Bay Casino. Los espectadores reportaron un tiroteo mientras el concierto estaba en marcha. Los disparos parecían provenir de un piso superior del hotel” de acuerdo con algunos testigos.
